2 • GROWTH FACTORS & COLLAGEN PEPTIDES
Growth factors are naturally occurring proteins that stimulate healing and regeneration in living tissues, including the collagen fibres in your skin.
i∙ActiveTM Growth factors used in Rejuvaus are sourced from plant proteins with skin identical properties. Our Oligopeptide-1 is sourced from barley proteins. When applied to the skin, it can help accelerate the growth of healthy skin cells and repair damaged skin tissues to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and acne scarring.
Peptides are amino acids, the building blocks of proteins. Proteins are essential building blocks of collagen, and collagen fibres are the building blocks of skin. When we apply collagen peptides to the skin, they help the collagen proteins rebuild to restore a youthful texture.

4 • True Moisturisers
The worlds favourite hyper-hydrator Hyaluronic acid comes in regular and low molecular weight. The regular molecular weight helps to hydrate and plump the surface of the skin, while the low molecular weight can permeate the slightly deeper layers of the skin, preventing evaporation of water from which leads to dryness and dehydration.
As a non-irritating ingredient, Hyaluronic Acid is included in most Rejuvaus i∙ActiveTM serums and moisturisers along with many other truly hydrating ingredients to repair and maintain a healthy skin barrier.

6 • Exfoliants
Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) such as Lactic Acid and Glycolic Acid forun in Rejuvaus are derived from fruit. They help exfoliate the skin and clear away congestion, preparing the skin for other nourishing actives.
They work by gently dissolving the bonds that bind dead cells, pigment and oil (the entrapment layer) to the surface of your skin so they can be washed away easily. Beta-Hydroxy Acids (BHA's) have a similar purpose, but they also help to regulate natural oils in your skin & can significantly reduce pore size.
Using a Rejuvaus i∙ActiveTM AHA Cleanser or Clarify & Renew AHA BHA Serum with Encapsulated Salicylic Acid, is like having a mini facial peel everyday at home.
Encapsulated ingredients are released slowly in to the skin over 8 hours, so that the active ingredients in your other skincare products can penetrate deeper and work more effectively. This means you won't experience dryness or irritation usually triggered by traditional versions of these exfoliants. Safe to use twice daily.
