Rejuvaus Subscriptions

Rejuvaus offers subscription plans for selected products. By starting a subscription, you agree that your selected product(s) will be automatically ordered and charged at the frequency and price shown at checkout, unless you pause, reschedule or cancel your subscription.

Your subscription will continue automatically until you cancel it.

The applicable subscription price, delivery frequency, discount and shipping charges will be shown at checkout and in your subscription account.

You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for each subscription order when it is processed.

You can pause, reschedule or cancel your subscription through your customer account at any time, subject to the processing cut-off described below.

You are not locked into a minimum subscription term unless this is clearly stated at the time you subscribe.

Subscription Rewards — NEW

As a Rejuvaus subscriber, you may receive complimentary rewards when you reach the applicable subscription milestones below. Rewards are automatically added to qualifying orders. There is nothing you need to claim.

Order 1

Your 20% Subscribe and Save discount applies from your first subscription order.

Order 2

One complimentary Mini Serum, valued at $95. You may choose a serum that you are not already subscribed to, subject to availability.

Order 3

One complimentary Routine Essentials Duo, valued up to $100.

Order 4

One complimentary full-size Plump & Glow Triple Ceramide Moisture Mask, valued at $200.

The values stated above are the recommended retail prices at the time these Terms are published.

Gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Rewards will be included with the qualifying subscription order and will not incur additional postage. Rewards are subject to availability. If a particular reward is unavailable, Rejuvaus may provide an alternative Rejuvaus product of equal or greater recommended retail value.

Skipping, rescheduling or pausing a subscription order does not reset your rewards progress.

If you cancel your subscription, you keep any rewards you have already received. If you subscribe again after cancelling, your rewards progress will restart from Order 1.

Rejuvaus may update or discontinue the Subscription Rewards program for future subscription orders. We will not remove or reduce a reward that you have already received. Where a change materially affects rewards available to existing subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including pausing, rescheduling or cancelling future subscription orders.

To avoid an upcoming subscription order being processed, please make any changes at least 48 hours before the scheduled processing date.

If you cancel within 48 hours of an upcoming order being processed, that order may already have been processed or dispatched and may not be able to be cancelled. This does not affect any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subscription Discounts and Promotions

Your 20% Subscribe and Save discount applies to eligible subscription orders.

Unless otherwise stated, other discount codes, offers or promotions cannot be combined with the Subscribe and Save discount or applied to subscription orders.

Free shipping applies to eligible subscription orders as stated at checkout.

Product Purchase Policy

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or other remedy depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Order Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will generally be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

You will receive an Australia Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you need to change your address before your order is dispatched, please contact Rejuvaus as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, you may be able to request an address change or redirection through Australia Post, subject to Australia Post's processes and availability.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or other remedy if a product does not meet the consumer guarantees.

Our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, exchanges and subscriptions apply subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
