What do antioxidants do for skin health?

Retinaldehyde is up to 500 times more active than retinol and retinyl derivatives. Nano-encapsulation enables slow release from liposomes, non-irritating, deeply penetrating, and pregnancy-safe. What is the difference between AHA and BHA exfoliants in skincare?
Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) such as Lactic and Glycolic Acid are derived from fruit and work by gently dissolving the bonds that bind dead cells, pigment and oil to the skin's surface.
Beta-Hydroxy Acids (BHAs) have a similar purpose but also regulate natural oils and significantly reduce pore size.
