How do I choose my second order serum?

You pick from the serums you are not already using, so it is always something new to try. If you already use our full serum range, you can choose an iSolar or cleanser mini instead.

What happens if I skip or reschedule?

Nothing is lost. Skipping or rescheduling does not reset your rewards progress. Your rewards are based on the orders you keep.

Can I pause or cancel?

Anytime, from your account. If you cancel, you keep any rewards already applied. If you resubscribe later, your rewards card starts again.
